There are numerous more aspects to this mod that are all able to be enabled and disabled through the MCM, Which is also more streamlined and user friendly that the Realistic Needs and Diseases menu. You can also enable needs for your companions and your horse. The worse your condition the more severe the penalties will be, and yes this does go to the point of death should you so choose. The mod is very simple, it adds three icons to your HUD each indicating how hungry, thirsty, and tired you are, you can choose whether they do this through colour (red, orange, or white) or how opaque the icons are (solid, faint, or clear). It doesn’t have the, possibly excessive, realism of Realistic need and diseases but it does still make your character feel more like a real person. If you’ve ever thought about making your game more immersive this is a great mod for testing out the mod. Slimmed down realistic need and diseases.
